Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer - we'll notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM ET)

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Livera is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or any other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and delivery location. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders - any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Livera is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Risk of Loss Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at help@trylivera.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
